This place is so unorganized. Made me wait an hour for a drop off. I even called to ask if I could come in early (8:30) and still left as if I dropped off my pet at the normal time (9:30) Could’ve just told me they were too busy for any earlier times. Instead I just wasted my time.

I brought my 4 month old mini goldendoodle to be seen for an appointment that was scheduled at 3:30pm for the first time and had a horrible and lousy experience. This is the second veterinary hospital I have been to since getting my dog. When I say the customer service is in the trash…that is an understatement. There was only one receptionist working and she was busy but that is not an excuse for poor customer service. If you are on the phone you would think that you would at least have the common courtesy to mouth I’ll be right with you. But she chose not to acknowledge me. Then when I did finally get in the room with my baby the nurse was rude. She came in introduced herself, yawned several times and told me that I was late to the appointment!!! I explained to her that I wasn’t late and that the receptionist was on the phone and helping another customer who was trying to pick up his dog. I then politely let her know that I wasn’t late offended by her statement and felt a way. That’s when she wanted to get all apologetic and claimed that she was playing. First of all no you weren’t. Only reason you wanted to retract your statement is because I let you know I was offended. THEN she leaves and comes back with the doctor who comes in and really first introduce herself and immediately states that my puppy is cute, asked where I got her from and if she could take a picture because someone who worked there was looking for the same breed. Mind she she hasn’t checked my puppies ears, paws, ears no nothing. When I say they are unprofessional is a compliment. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a black woman and they can’t believe I have the type of dog I have but it made me HOT!!!!! How they treated me and my baby. I really hope that the manager contacts me as soon as possible like they insured. And I want someone to reply to my review. I will be taking my puppy and money elsewhere. Thank ya

Brought in our 16 yr old Shih Tzu. The staff was so kind and gave him a warm spa treatment for his arthritis. And very gently spoke about planning his End of Life plan. Something no one wants to discuss but the vet did it in a very caring way.

Lindsey the shift lead is horrible to deal with. Just stay in the back and don't talk to customers. As someone who runs jobs with 4k+ employees her attitude would get her removed from job sites, and talking with customers like she does no thanks. Everyone else cool as hell hence the loss of only 2 stars
