  I've used many different Banefield locations over the years as I moved around (several different locations in ATL). I was expecting the same level of service here- NOT. There is never a consistent vet on staff. I stopped going here a few years afo even though it is very close to my house. I drive 30 minutes to the Aurora location. Nail in the coffin was when vet tech told me to make sure my cat was medicated (on anxiety meds) next time she had an appointment bc my cat tried to "murder her." I've had murder cats before- and will readily admit it lol! My current cat does not fit that category. So glad we switched! Love the Aurora location, just hate that I have to drive so far for good service

  I used to live in St. Louis, Missouri, and the service in Brentwood was excellent. I moved to Cleveland five months ago and I hate the service in Banfield. There are never any vets... they only come once or twice a week. My dog ​​gets vomiting and diarrhea about every five months, she catches some bacteria at the dog park, and the treatment is always the same. I called to see if they could prescribe metronidazole and they told me no, that the vet has to see her, but she's not there today and she's due back on Wednesday. They said the appointments that appear on the app aren't actually available, that it's a system error. I replied that if they couldn't treat her, they should at least give her metronidazole, since I'd already given her Pro-Pectaline every 8 hours and pyrantel, and that I couldn't wait until Wednesday because the diarrhea started yesterday, Sunday... she's going to get dehydrated... Their response was to go to an emergency room, that they weren't a veterinarian for this type of care... that the wellness plan is for healthy dogs... meaning I pay $800 a year for insurance for nothing. I'm very angry with the service I received, and my dog ​​still has diarrhea.

  Love the team at banfield. They’re super efficient, flexible, thorough and loving to our little furballs. They have a great annual care program that ensures my girls health is top priority and I don’t miss any appointments for their general well-being. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with every member of the team I’ve engaged with. Thanks for loving on Trixxie and boba. 🐶❤️
