  Scheduled our Pekingese to get spayed. Took her on a Friday to get a pre-check for the procedure, and surgery was the following Friday. At the pre-check they took her back and came back in less than 5 minutes. We were unable to draw blood, but gave her the bordetella vaccine. Told us they would get bloodwork the day of the procedure. Thought that was odd, and told my wife I was skeptical about them. Following Friday my wife takes her in at 8:30, and tells me at 10:41 that we have to pick her up. Unable to get the catheter in her, and said her blood pressure dropped so they didn’t want to do it. However, the Vet told my wife on the phone they couldn’t get the catheter in, and something about the skin being too thick. Not happy so I go and pick her up. They tell us she will get procedure on Monday. I asked for the bloodwork printout, and let them know we are canceling the wellness program ($130 per month), and taking our dogs elsewhere(already have her an appointment on Tuesday at Main Street Veterinary Hospital). Told me they couldn’t cancel the wellness until they look to see if there is any outstanding fees. Paid $130 from November to April, and let them know we would stop the ACH if any charges try coming through. My wife then gets an email informing us that they will no longer provide veterinary services for our dogs. Ummm, I already made that clear to her that we weren’t going to be back with any of them. Told her they lost our trust. I believe she is butthurt over me telling her what I thought of them. I will say, the front desk people are very courteous, and Dr Lambert as well. Unfortunately, Samantha Drinkuth and Dr Can’t do procedures are worthless. Take your pets elsewhere. Plus they are OVERLY expensive, but you are welcome to any drink or snacks while you’re there.

  I absolutely love this vet! They have been fantastic in helping me manage my cat’s hyperthyroidism. The staff is super friendly, and the office is comfortable. There are toys and treats in each of the rooms. There are comfortable chairs and TV’s in each of the rooms, which makes waiting much less stressful for people and pets alike! Highly recommend!

  The vets and technicians here are very kind, available, and didn't try to sell me things I don't need. I won't go anywhere else!
