My name is Dr. Cathy Lambert and I own PetVet365 Anderson in Cincinnati, OH along with Dr. Katie Smith. We believe the perfect vet visit is one where science meets heart with a sprinkle or two of magic. That’s why my team is trained and certified to give your pet the very best Fear Free care (think: treats, belly rubs, snuggles). We also specifically designed our hospital to feel like home - no waiting rooms, cat-only suites, comfy couches, and more.

- SDSteven DavisOct 7, 20255.0I had an absolutely wonderful experience! This was hands down the most thoughtful and cat-friendly vet visit I've ever had. The exam room itself was amazing – it was clearly designed with a cat's comfort in mind, complete with a climbing tree, toys, and even a TV playing videos of birds and squirrels. When my cat was scared, I sat on the floor with him, and the veterinarian came in and immediately joined us there. She was so gentle and patient, talking to him calmly and slowly easing into the exam. She even moved the scale onto the floor to weigh him so he wouldn't have to get on the table. One of the most impressive things was their approach to treatment. After explaining everything clearly and providing the cost upfront, they asked to take him to a different room for his shot. Their reasoning was that they didn't want him to associate the exam room with a negative experience, which I thought was brilliant and incredibly considerate. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even followed up with a text the next day to check on him. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be bringing my other cat here for any future needs. A truly exceptional level of care!
