I ended up going into the store to get one of the items and saw that all 5 were available in the store. Seems silly to advertise product pick up when in reality this is not an option. With a 10 week old puppy that we just got this weekend it makes me want to look elsewhere for puppy supplies, especially when this store is so very convenient.

I walk in, Rachel is sitting behind Jen, Jen is on the phone. Jen hangs up the phone and no one even bothers to address me. I ask them “you all don’t say hello to your customers?” Jen says she was busy working on something. She’s terrible and her groomers share her poor attitude. Then they call saying get here now because your dog is barking. Newsflash that’s what they do. They need a refresher on the fundamentals of customer service.
