The manager has argued multiple times that I can’t stay in the store while they are grooming my dog (which is not true) also claims that my family and I have been lying about when we take our dog in to get his nails buff. Which is wrong, I am sorry that yall don’t know how to file properly. Will NEVER be taking my dog back there.

I ended up going into the store to get one of the items and saw that all 5 were available in the store. Seems silly to advertise product pick up when in reality this is not an option. With a 10 week old puppy that we just got this weekend it makes me want to look elsewhere for puppy supplies, especially when this store is so very convenient.
