  Everything was going well, but the employee refused to sell me two fish because she insisted that I had to purchase a fish tank—despite the fact that I already have one at home. I simply wanted to buy the fish; I was very dissatisfied with the employee when she told me I couldn't complete the purchase. In the end, I was even willing to buy just one fish, but the employee wouldn't let me—I really don't understand why they won't let people make a purchase.

  The lady running the register i believe her name was cori was very knowledgeable. I had an insane amount of questions about the fish that I was wanting to buy. She was very patient and attentive. I ended up buying more fish than I originally was because cori was making so many good recommendations. Ill keep coming back obviously for the fish food but also for the kind and knowledgeable staff.

  1st and last time I ever take my dogs here to get groomed. These people charged $70 per dog and did a terrible job, they didn’t trim or round off any areas they were told about. My dog had light mats and they shaved the spot which could have been brushed out. They didn’t trim their ears. I could go on and on. But I won’t. This place SUCKS

  Honestly would leave less than one star if I could. The woman that “assisted” me today was Cori; I’ve noticed some other reviews concerning her and understandably so. I waited patiently at the checkout for someone to come up as that annoying bell notified every person in the store that I was ready to check out. Honestly I was shocked when she looked at me from across the store at the reptile section (a sad sight also) , and she mouthed the words “we will be right with you” with a smart ass smirk on her face while doing her job as slowly as she could. Honestly I understand that jobs are tiring, especially in customer service, but the least she could do was pretend. I can’t believe a company pays someone who gets their phone out right in front of customers at a register where there are obviously cameras. I’d say if this business wants to continue to run, it needs some staffing changes. I’d rather drive an hour to Columbus to get aquarium rocks next time.

  This would be less stars, but the staff was relatively helpful for me overall. Unfortunately I won't be supporting this company any longer due to false advertisement of pricing. If I look online on my phone and the product ad for this store says "pick up today", I expect to be able to go into the store and get the item at that price. The item I wanted was $15 more in store (about 40% higher overall cost) and they said I wouldn't be able to get the discount because I didn't order it online. That has to be one of the more ridiculous things I've ever heard. I guess customer appreciation is dead. This corporation just wants the physical retail locations to die, so they can pay less overall for employees and overhead and offer cheaper pricing online. I went ahead and bought the item I needed because I took a 20 minute trip to get it and I did want to support the staff on hand. But this company won't see another single cent from me. Absolutely absurd.
