Based off the phone call I’m giving it a one star. I have a terminally ill bearded dragon that needs euthanasia unfortunately. I called here and I was trying my hardest not to cry. Anyone could tell I was struggling. No condolences or anything was given. Just “Um do you need an appointment?” Followed by “So it’s $89 for a new patient fee. $200 plus for euthanasia. Oh and almost $400 for a cremation.” I’m sorry WHAT?! He’s DYING! Also, $200 for euthanasia is insane for a reptile. Called Broadview Animal & Bird hospital and they’ll do it for $70 and cremation is $170 which includes cremation, urn, engraving, and a paw print. You guys should be disgusted with yourselves. I’m a firm believer in karma and at some point (hopefully soon) she gives you a wake up call on how to NOT treat situations like this. Business or not you are price gouging for the sake of price gouging. Teach your employees what EMPATHY really is.

I brought my 2 older rats in her today because they are sick and are not doing well and the staff took care of them and worked with my budget because it wasnt huge. They are amazing definitely will always come back I also wanna add they have birds in the lobby and i am allergic to feathers and they made sure I was roomed right away because of that. So they care about you just as much as your pet ♥️
