i recently came in with my cat about a few days ago, we had to put him down because he was getting old and having liver problems as well as diabetes. he was a perfectly calm cat and nothing bothered him. we took him here and thought things would be fine. the lady’s were there weren’t super nice. we had wanted to get footprints of our cats feet to have for a keepsake and the lady’s had said she would do it, but when she was back there all of the sudden we hear this loud crazy scream, didn’t even sound like him at all but we were the only ones there. they had killed our cat without OUR APPROVAL! when they said they were ONLY going to get footprints. there were many different lady’s coming out and the one gave us our pictures and said “sorry” and left. not to remind you we payed for him to get cremated which was money that wasn’t very cheap and they said we had to pay even more afterwards to get the ashes. so i will never go to this clinic again, they are terrible people. we felt so uncomfortable in that place, you are never to kill anyone’s animal without consent.

If you go to Kim McDaniel at Countryside Vet you should find a new vet! She is very unprofessional and RUDE when speaking to you. She has no bedside manners. She is not compassionate about any animal she comes in contact with. A toenail trim maybe takes 5 minutes at the most even if they have to put them in the hammock. She would not even trim my dog’s toenails because we were late to our appointment, but no one was waiting behind us. A train got stuck on the tracks. She will never get anywhere penny of my money because she is not even worth that. Please go find a new vet!

What an Awesome staff ❤️ From the Vet to the receptionist everyone is very friendly and caring to my pet. I have a German Shepherd and she loves going to the vet. Soon as we pull in the parking lot her tail starts wagging she know the Love and attention she is about to get. That's important to me. 5 stars because they treat my dog like I do, like family ❤️
