- LBLisa B6 days ago3.0I wasn’t greeted. They failed to text me after two hours (said it would be 1- 1&1/2 hours ) I showed up and asked if he was done (he was) and she said just a minute… sent me the text and went back to get my dog. Customer service was zero. I won’t be back.
- RRrose rhoads6 days ago3.0Hair cut was good but 4 hours was a bit long for the appointment. Also, 3.5 hours into his appointment I got a text says my appointment was cancelled. Then after I got an automated text booking an appointment in May.
