  My dog is always calm and happy when he comes in and leaving. Very nice staff and very thorough. Great communication.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Banfield Pet Hospital. I brought my dog in three separate times for a swollen toe, and each visit resulted in more medication with no real improvement. When the issue didn’t resolve, I was told that my dog’s entire leg might need to be amputated. I left that appointment upset, overwhelmed, and honestly shocked that such an extreme recommendation was made without exploring more reasonable options first. At that point, I had only been a client for about three months and was already paying for a monthly wellness plan that has provided little to no real benefit. Instead of addressing the obvious issue with my dog’s toe, they pushed for expensive blood work that I simply couldn’t afford at the time. I declined and was sent home again with more medication. Concerned, I reached out to another veterinary clinic, and they were able to get my dog in quickly and perform surgery to remove the affected toe. The issue was handled promptly and appropriately—something I wish had been done from the beginning. What’s even more frustrating is that when I returned to Banfield months later for vaccinations, not a single staff member asked about my dog’s toe or checked on the condition they had previously been so concerned about. From their perspective, nothing had been resolved, yet there was zero follow-up or acknowledgment. That lack of attention and care was incredibly disappointing. I attempted to address my concerns and even requested some form of refund, especially given that all of this occurred within the first 30 days of starting the plan. Instead, I’m stuck continuing to pay monthly for services I no longer trust or use. I’ve tried multiple Banfield locations hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. I’m glad others may have had positive visits, but that has not been my experience. I will not be returning.

  For it being bright and early, the men that were working on my car this morning were passionate about helping me. With a new car, I don’t know the ins and outs yet and they were happy to walk me through things. Tyler especially made the wait less painful.
