- TSTina StigallJan 3, 20265.0I came into the store looking for an item for my daughters tarantula, and I came across the kindest, sales person ( JD ) he was holding a small bearded dragon, which prompted me to ask many questions regarding bearded dragon (Possum ) was his recent name given by the associate. JD answered all of my many questions about bearded dragons, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was so impressed by JD and Possum that even though I live in Lakewood, OH and there are closer locations to me, We came back to Beachwood to take home Possum and we are very pleased. Thank you JD!

The employees are great to talk to you, they are down to earth, they don’t talk to you like they are reading off a script, they are always joyful and happy. I’ve walked into this pet store and I’ve seen the employees dancing and singing with customers and others rolling around on the ground with a dog. JD and Dani are great with my annoying questions, the cute bubbly brunette actually caught that I was having a bad day and went out of her way to ask me why I was having a bad day, after her and I chatted for a few and I left, I actually felt a sense of relief from the day I was having. This is not typical customer service you will see at other corporate establishments and it’s a breath of fresh air to walk into.
