  The grooming team is AMAZING and I cannot recommend them enough. Tiffany is quite frankly the BEST groomer I have ever used. She is kind, quick, and always does a fantastic job on my dog, as well as my partner's! I cannot recommend her enough!! I also love their selection of products and find that every interaction i have with their employees on the sales floor are always positive.

  Grooming team out here is fantastic. Our German Shepherd used to shed sooooo much but the trips out here have really changed that. My parents also bring their Great Pyrenees for a cut and they make all of her fluffy features pop! Great team!

  As another person said, this location is super convenient for a lot of people. But every single time I ever come to this location, I end up waiting minutes in line for an employee to even come to the cash register. No bell to ring for service and no direct line of sight to the registers from the rest of the store for employees to even keep a good eye on the checkout. So a giant line builds and typically only one employee will come up to check out everyone. This is why Five Mile is my preferred store. But Amelia has more stock so sometimes people have no choice but to come here.

  I was looking for some toys for my granddogs so I went straight to the dog area. I found a cute dinosaur toy but could not find a price on it so I went to the checkout where I found another really cute plus toy, it was a coos. There was a man in front of me in the checkout lane and a couple of girls, and the clerk was nowhere to be found. After about a 5-minute way the clerk came forward and the two girls said he could go ahead and check us out because they were getting a lot of items. The clerk was checking out the man in front of me and must have made a mistake so he had to call a manager to void it, by this time there was someone behind me and the manager voided the transaction, then just went in the back instead of opening up another cash register. It was very disappointing. I had already waited several minutes and The Man Behind Me had a big bag of dog food and he was holding. The clerk was friendly when my turn came so I appreciated that but I just thought the manager could have opened up a second lane. And when I checked the price of the dinosaur it was $40! I thought maybe it would be 25 at the most. Really felt overpriced so we put it back. All in all it was a disappointing visit to petco. Also I received an email saying I had a reward and when the clerk pulled up my account he said there was a reward in the app that I had to somehow activated in the app. By that time all I wanted to do was get out of there.
