I accidentally miss gendered one of the staff by simply using manners "excuse me ma'am" That is how I was raised. She completely flipped a switch and was very rude. Wether, I agree with the pronouns on your name tag or not. I judge a person by their heart, character and integrity. Not by what you identify as. The staff especially have a habit of ignoring Questions, and insisting you don't know what your doing. The only employee who I haven't had a bad experience with is a young man, I never got his name bless his heart, he was a sweet teenage boy with a bit of a lisp- if you need help I would definitely recommend him.
