  I am writing this review so other pet owners can make an informed decision and avoid what happened to my dog. I brought my dog, Abbie, to this Petco location for grooming on Thursday. When she came home, she had a raw, open skin injury near her hip and tail that was absolutely not present prior to the appointment. The area was bright red, inflamed, and painful looking, consistent with a grooming-related injury such as clipper burn or a grooming-triggered hot spot. This is not a mild irritation. It is a visible, open wound that now requires monitoring and veterinary care. What makes this situation far more upsetting is that the groomer, Jordan, did not inform me of the injury at all. There was no explanation, no disclosure, no acknowledgment, just silence. I discovered the injury myself after leaving. That lack of transparency is deeply concerning. Accidents can happen, but failing to tell a pet owner when their animal has been injured crosses a serious line of trust. After this experience, I learned that Petco has a documented history of grooming complaints and legal action related to injuries, including a widely reported class action lawsuit. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have brought my dog here. I am posting this review so other pet parents can protect their animals. Please research carefully. Ask direct questions. And if your pet’s safety matters to you, consider taking your business elsewhere. Pets cannot speak for themselves. We are their voice.

  Me atendieron sin cita porque me equivoqué e de tienda. Le cortaron el cabello a mi maltés exactamente como pudo pedí, un gran cambio y quedé realmente satisfecha. Me encantó como se ve mi bebé, fue un trabajo laborioso y detallado y excelente servicio al cliente. 100% recomendado.
