I went to DR.A for my dog hysterectomy and mastectomy. She was a phenomenal Doctor very sympathetic, emphatic and informative when it came to my dogs needs. She treated me and my dog with dignity and respect. When it was time for my dog to go to doggie heaven she was there and she treated my dog like she was her pet. She told me that she will be treated with dignity and respect when she is layed to rest. Dr.A is an amazing veterinary. Thank you for making that process a little bit easier.

I’m a regular customer and usually have no issues with service but today I called early to make an appointment and I was put on a hold for 40 minutes only to have my call sent to voicemail that didn’t allow me to leave a message. Im not sure if they’re short staffed, very busy or just not answering calls. All of these reasons reflect bad on business. I will try to call later but I might start looking for a new place if this keeps happening.

I’ve been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. They always said he’s good and healthy. And then I find out he has pancreatitis and it’s been building up overtime. What do you mean it’s been building up overtime and when you’ve been telling me he’s healthy?
They overcharge and always want to sell you food.
There’s two treatments we can do for my dog. The less expensive one is just treat his diarrhea and vomit. So despite having bad experience here in the past, I came to get medicine to offer my pet some relief. But they refused to see my dog even though they had space. It’s not a problem though. I’m thankful they don’t care about my dog and refuse to see him because I was able to find a new vet, where it’s more affordable and the people are friendly and understanding.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
