I took my cat in for dental services. They called me to tell me at 11:30 everything is done and they want to monitor her for 2 hours because of the anesthesia. I came to pick her up around 1:45 and was driving home to then see my cat fighting for her life to remove a bandage off her. She normally does not do this. When I pulled over to look, there was a lot of blood on her paws, towel and bag. I noticed two tubes and had no idea what they were. I called the pet hospital and they told me to turn back around they need to remove it and bandage her to stop the bleeding. They took her right away but no apology was offered. No accountability. When I asked the girl what happened she gave me a simple “oh it was miscommunication”. I asked what those tubes were and she explained it was the anesthesia. This is extremely unacceptable and concerning for my pets safety. She was left for 2 hours of monitoring and they evidently forgot to monitor her. She’s a black and white cat with blood all over her paws and anesthesia tubes attached to her. I would be very careful bringing your cats here. This is why I hate drop offs but they insist dental services must be done as a drop off.

The first time we came a few months ago, I’ll honestly say wasn’t the best experience. We came in for a bad cut because I was worried it might get infected. My dog was an anxious mess and the vets didn’t do anything to help her feel more comfortable… no greetings, no treats, the vet tech honestly seemed very unhappy to be there and even told me she wanted to go home as a joke. I definitely felt the “don’t care” energy… would have given this place 1 star. They sent my dog home with just an “anxiety” diagnosis and we went on our way. The vet made me feel stupid for even coming in the first place. HOWEVER… we returned for my dog’s spay and it was a completely different experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, even when my dog freaked out they still accommodated her and were very understanding. They were communicative and I could tell they were doing their very best to give every pet there the best experience. I really appreciated the whole team. I’m hoping the more positive energy continues because if our experience is the same we’d love to return here for future visits.

Doctors are always upselling using fear tactics that kennel dogs are required to have. doctors don't look at the problems; they look at how much they can charge you for each service. making it months before treating the animal entirely
