  Amazing medical director and vet tech Pam. I commend their dedication to the animals. During what is typically a difficult task with my pup, they eased all concerns and handled the issue quickly but also safely. I will forever be grateful for Bond Vet.

  Rescheduled due to car breaking down and was told its fine fees would be waved. They could hear the police in the background. I mentioned the first exam as new client for my brother and his new cat, they said ok. Day of my appointment I call to inform them I’m running late, my brother has brain cancer and wasn’t feeling well but they say come on in and we did, no mention of fees or having to pay. Before the appointment started I mentioned we were there for the first time free exam. These people stayed silent. At the end I’m told I owe 249. Why not mention that on the phone or before the appointment started. They didn’t even do any tests so how? Then suddenly they make it 149. Stating they were removing the late fees and thats why it dropped from 249 to 149.Manager reached out to me saying best she can do is wave $75 in fees in the account that werent charged/included with the $149, due to no show. When did I have a no show ? And how is waiving these imaginary fees helping the 149 taken out of my pocket ? And so, they weren't removed originally then? Manager stated first time doesn’t apply because I didn’t apply promo code online but there’s no option online, I mentioned it BOTH over the phone & in person!! And no one said no. In the terms of bondvet it says as long as the first exam is mentioned to staff, it will be waived. I understand late fees or reschedule fees All I wanted was communication BEFORE the appointment cause I wouldn’t have came !!! How the hell is the first time visit not applying because I rescheduled that’s not in the terms and on top of that the vet assistant was rude and upset that I was frustrated. Was told by the manager if I can edit my review but why would I edit when I haven’t been given any type of solution? Inconsiderate, and selfish people at this bondvet.. there’s your edit.

  Great experience here. My dog was having an issue and needed urgent attention. Easily made a same-day online appointment and was there 30 minutes later. The veterinarian and the entire office staff were extremely professional and friendly. For an “emergency” Appointment, it was a very affordable price compared to other local urgent care vets. I thank the whole team at this vet for helping me and my dog today.

  Had my first appointment with Bond Woodbury and couldn't be happier with the visit. The professionalism, thoroughness and compassion displayed by Kris and Dr. Cantor was unmatched! I feel so confident in the care I received that I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for earning a lifelong cat dad.
