Very happy with the care given to my dog when emergency arose. Was given quick appointment and the staff and Dr's were excellent.

Brittany Cantor’s Negligence! I recently brought my kitten in after his lab results came back positive for roundworm and giardia. At that visit, Brittany Cantor only dispensed metronidazole, despite the chart clearly documenting that treatment for both conditions was necessary. The prescription for Drontal, which is standard and essential for roundworm, was not provided, even though it was listed in the diagnostic plan. Two days later, after I had already returned to school two hours away, I received a message stating I needed to come back in to pick up the Drontal. When I called seeking clarification, instead of acknowledging the oversight or apologizing for the inconvenience, Brittany Cantor asked me to “confirm what medication I was given,” which was already plainly visible in both the chart and the invoice. The lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to take responsibility was concerning. Fortunately, when I spoke with the office manager, she was extremely understanding, professional, and resolved the situation promptly, including issuing a credit for the error. Her assistance was genuinely appreciated. However, the experience with Brittany Cantor was unacceptable. The combination of negligence, poor communication, and an evident failure to read or comprehend the medical chart raises serious concerns about her clinical competence. When it comes to veterinary care—especially involving a young, vulnerable animal—attention to detail is not optional; it is foundational. Because of this, I would not feel comfortable entrusting my cat’s care to her again. I strongly advise ensuring that another provider reviews your pet’s treatment plan if you schedule here.

I had my dog spayed here and the Vet did a huge cut in the stomach of my 5lb dog and used a non-absorbable surgical wire. I believe they used a Surgical stainless steel wire which is primarily used in orthopedic procedures on dogs, not typically for routine spay and neuter surgeries. NOW SHE HAS BUMPS AND THIS WIRE STUCK INTERNALLY. SHAME ON BOND VET - WOODBURY FOR DOING THIS TO A LITTLE DOG. Please please don’t take your dogs to BOND VET.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bond Vet, especially Dr. DiGiovanni. I have a small Maltese and I can be a little overprotective, so I ask a lot of questions. She never makes me feel rushed and always takes the time to answer everything. Her advice feels thoughtful and comes not only from her training but also from how she cares for her own dogs. You can tell she really cares and it’s not just a job to her. She’ll even go out of her way to suggest products or show me things that might help, which I really appreciate. What I value most is the trust I feel with her. I’ve had experiences with other vets where it seemed more about money, and that’s never the case here. With Dr. DiGiovanni, it’s clear it’s about what’s best for your pet. The rest of the team is just as great. From the front desk to the techs, everyone is so friendly and you can tell they really love animals. They even give you a little care package on your first visit, and there are free treats and coffee in the lobby which is such a nice touch. The place is aesthetically beautiful too. One thing to note, it is quite expensive - but you get what you pay for! Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my pup.
