Booked due to same day availability despite their prices being much higher than the groomer at my kennel. Drove 35 mins to be turned away due to matting on my dogs ears. I’ve never in 8 years of having this dog groomed have heard of such a thing.l. Offered to have them skip the ears, as I can do them at home, they refused. Told me only a vet could do them. Offered to trim the ears myself so she could get groomed, obviously they weren’t letting me use their clippers, so that was also turned down. Left, mad as hell. Immediately shaved the dogs ears upon getting home with no issue. She won’t let me clip much else so she looks ridiculous now. Thanks for nothing PETCO. Glad I subscribed to your monthly program to be treated that way.
