Can someone answer the phone at least once. So I can schedule an appointment for my dog. I’ve called multiple times, and no answer. How are they still open?

We were definitely not overly impressed with this Banfield office. It took about an hour from our appointment time for a vet to actually meet with us, and he was very dismissive of the concerns we brought up about our dog, while recommending a lot of exams that were ultimately unnecessary. He was having eye issues and one of the over $100 tests that was recommended was to see if his eyes were dry... which the vet was able to tell us by looking at the dog and prescribed OTC eye drops. Definitely did not need that test. Then we mentioned an issue he's been having with neuropathy and the vets whole answer was "that happens, he's old"... not empathic or helpful. We've been treating our dog with Cosequinn and Vitamin D or E I can't recall, and that is working really well- the only reason we knew to do this was from my mom who also has aging dogs and our own online research. The vet had absolutely nothing helpful to say about it , when this was literally wrecking my dog's life and he was unable to walk or move for days at a time until our treatments started working... They also shamed me for not gettng him groomed in an appropriate time- a symptom of him being absolutely unable to move or walk from the neuropathy, which was unpredictable...
