- ADAndrea DFeb 2, 20221.0Never been to this location, but i wanted to give it a try. The man who answered the phone who is supposedly the manager is rude and very unprofessional. Yelling at me over the phone , hanging up on me . Its disgusting and its not the way to act towards a new client. Deff not ever bringing my pup here. If he acts like this with a human , i wonder how he treats the dogs that go there SMH

They are so rude, unaccomodating, and unprofessional, and I will never return to any Cozy Pet because of them. Grooming was mediocre at best, and I was so disappointed with my experience that I left without leaving a tip, and I will never return!

Charlie and his assistant did a great job handling my dogs, They managed to separate my inseparable dogs from each other, do their nails, one at a time, and maintain social distancing and true caution in light of the pandemic. Not only that, they took care of my dogs without making me wait, and were very responsive to what I asked for! .
