- JKJuana Estevez KingDec 20, 20181.0I was a regular grooming and shopper customer at Cozy Pet (Union Blvd) up until today. I arrived a bit early for my two grooming appointments and they could accommodate me and ask that I come back at the appt time, when I returned a few min's late my two grooming appointments had been cancelled. Not one appointment but both appointments had been cancelled without a a phone call to inform me that they had not planned on honoring my appointment. The tone and atmosphere was not what I had experienced before.. it is sad to see that you are just a number not a customer.
