  Awful customer service they have employees talk about the customer after they "think" they have left. This is a poor excuse of a pet store and employees lack compassion knowledge or anything to do with customer service or animal care I would never bring my pet here.

  I don’t usually do reviews like this but…the store is great, they have every thing I need, however the customer service needs attention. On my many trips in it seems to be the same young lady who is either eating lunch at the register or talking to another cashier as they are helping a customer. It’s very unprofessional. I don’t want to smell your salad as you ring me up, there has to be a break room for this. Also, put the cellphone down when you are helping a customer check out. What’s worse, you can see it affects the other associates as they are trying to give full attention to the customer. This needs to be addressed.
