  My pup Sheri is a rescue and extremely skiddish. Nicole took her time with Sheri’s bath + deshedding appointment which made both me and my dog so comfortable, happy, and welcomed. She made Sheri’s coat look and feel wonderful ❤️

  My dog & I have gone to see a few groomers here over the past 3 years who are no longer at this location. We recently started seeing Cory & she has been so great! My dog does really well with her!

  If I could give this locations grooming services negative stars I would. My 30lb mini Bernedoodle needed just a bath, brushing, nail trim, and tooth brushing. Really just the basics. I should note that I brush my dog with a slicker brush every few days, as she is doodle and I want to avoid matting. My usual groomer couldn’t get her in, so I booked with this location online and noted the price of $50. This seemed reasonable. It’s important to note, that I have never had even a full grooming, including a hair cut, on my dog from anywhere else take longer than an hour and 15 minutes, and that is when she hasn’t been groomed in quite some time. I showed up 15 minutes early as they required my dogs proof of vaccination. When I walked in, I noted that it wasn’t the cleanest environment in the world, but then I saw the groomer Nicole literally pulling a medium sized dog, with all of her force, by the leash in the back. This honestly should have been my first clue to run. She looked stressed and like the only person working. She asked me to come back at my exact time, so I went shopping and purchased some toys for my dog in the 15 minutes. I came back at 4. She told me my dog didn’t look matted (which she wasn’t). I asked her to use unscented shampoo, as my dog itches easily. She suggested a skin calming shampoo (with no mention of an up-charge), to which I agreed. I asked how long to which she replied hour, hour and a half max . I did feel that this was absurdly long for a bath with no hair cut (thank god because who knows what would have happened), however I gave her the benefit of the doubt, because she was clearly very busy. She took over TWO HOURS on a bath. I was frustrated, but remained polite and calm. She said you can go pay at the register while I go get your dog. I should have known better, but I haven’t ever had an experience like this before. I was already baffled that my bill was suddenly over $70, but again stupidly smiled and paid. When I saw my dog she looked like she had been THROUGH IT. Worse than when I brought her. As anyone who works with dogs, when doodles are brushed and dried, their curls are kind of blown out… she was a matted, curly, damp MESS. Eye crud matted down into her fur. Her tail a giant knot. I was near tears. But still stupidly tipped the girl and left. I cried the whole way home and felt so bad for my traumatized baby. I did call and got in touch with the general manager Brian. He was very understanding, said he would watch the videos and see what happened and offered a full refund. He asked if I wanted to give them another chance, but I have zero intention of putting my baby through that again. He said I can come back to the store for a full refund on Tuesday (today is Sunday). I’m hoping they stay true to their word. I just finished an hour and a half of de-matting my dog. She’s exhausted and so am I. I guess it is true what they say, NEVER go to the pet store groomers. Lesson learned.
