ATTENTION DACHSHUND OWNERS: Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience here. I have a miniature dachshund puppy and was told by our 10+ year experienced breeder not to give our puppy the Lepto vaccine. When we arrived we told the check in lady this information and she was very nice and agreeable. She said we could get it done later and separately from the other vaccines and we agreed. When we got to the vet area we were met with hostility when we refused the lepto vaccine and was not given an option to refuse. Myself and my husband both tried to explain that we didn’t want the vaccine and why multiple different times and we were not listened to. We were rudely told that we should “listen to the actual doctor” and not listen to the breeder who she did not believe was credible. The thing i understand she does need the vaccine but I did not mind coming back in 2 weeks for her to have the Lepto separately but we were told “it doesn’t make sense to come back in 2 weeks” and that they would just do it now. That being said, I felt very dismissed, talked down to, and as if I had no say in the matter during our appointment. We will not being taking her back for vaccines.

I want to start by saying the Vet Tech and the Vet were both fantastic. They were professional, had good customer service skills, and were efficient. The vaccines themselves were approximately double what our regular Vet charges. However, we didn’t mind because it was about the convenience of being able to get in now and our Vet was booking into next year. Now the Disappointing part… The girl that checked us in left so much to be desired. She was rude, she used a spammer upsell voice when talking about pricing, she lied, she obviously cant add, she told us personal information about her own job, and wasn’t professional in the least. It was extremely obvious that she was either new or very poorly trained. First she tried telling me that she could only sell vaccines as a package. When i told her that my Vet had told me the specific ones to get then she still tried getting me to combine them with additional ones. When I finally got her to do just the three I needed she told me it was my fault and that I asked for a package deal. When I absolutely didn’t! She also told us that she had a “Cushy” job because the company is crazy and they pay for her to come from Rochester. They give her a car to drive and pay for all food and lodging needed. She was over all one of the most in your face, unprofessional people we’ve ever encountered. If we use the service again we will definitely check to see if she is checking us in and would most likely walk away if she is. She absolutely made a poor representation of your companies professionalism!

We went here for the vaccination site. The vet co veterinarians we're not good at all and had me do most of their work on my dog. They treated our puppy horribly, will not be returning ever again to get any vaccines. DON'T BRING YOUR DOG HERE! Completely unprofessional set up and made our baby puppy extremely anxious, uncomfortable and sick. Just wait a month out for real veterinary care from a clinic, don't come here.
