- JMJamie MMar 9, 20261.0Dont waste your time doing online order pick up in store, they took the money, canceled the order,and then offered me to repurchase in store (for 20% more since the discount was for an online order pick up only). Talked to customer service, they cant do anything and told me just dispute it with bank- such a damn headache for no reason. Also never bothered to notify me in any way- it took driving 30 minutes to the store after the order status kept changing on the app to see what was happening. Very frustrating and zero help at the store in explaining what happened or anything. Manager wouldn't come out and the cashier was zero help. Also hey directly told me they price match their own prices online, but then 3 minutes later when we got to a cheaper item- flat out refused to match their online price and said, oh there must be an error, we dont sell those for that cheap----um ok. Bye.
