Sometimes you get everything you pay for and other times you only get the bare minimum. However my pups always come back happy and never seem to have an issue returning when we do go, so I do believe they take good care of them while they are there.

- TDTammi DindlAug 27, 20251.0My appointment was at 3. It took 2 hours for my dog to get shampooed. She didn’t need a haircut or anything of the sort. The woman she was supposed to have wasn’t there. The woman she started with wasn’t there at pickup. I will be thinking twice about bringing my dog again due to all of the miscommunication and the amount of time it takes to shampoo a dog.
