- MMMichelle MungerJan 15, 20261.0Wish.. I could give a big fat zero rating. We have used the grooming service multiple times in the past. Today I wanted to make another appointment for grooming but my standard poodle was blackballed (they call it referred). They said that it was because of her having a medical condition and that she was too much of a liability to there company and now due to new regulations she was no longer allowed or welcome back to be groomed. Her medical history has been ongoing for years and she sees a veterinarian regularly. She was groomed by PetCo in Watertown NY in November and they didn’t have any problems with grooming her. She acts like a puppy and runs and plays like any normal dog. I’m so disappointed with this company.

And the only dog coats that would handle really cold weather for a large, severely underweight dog were all very small. Then when I went to check out, I had an armful of small things and the cashier informed me there were no bags. So I would have to juggle carrying about six small items while carrying keys and with a new, untrained dog on a leash. *Then* the cashier let me know she had no small bills, so my change included $3 in quarters. I offered to sell her some small bills and she said she wasn't allowed, but then made no effort to notify her manager she needed change before beginning to ring up the next customers.

The selection of the food I came for was average at best. Store is kind of dark too. It's not conducive for leisurely shopping. Not impressed.
