  Staff are all super friendly. My dog gets excited when we go here! Prices are great and it's very easy to set up appointments! You don't have to wait 1-2 months like other places! :)

  Although we waited the care was exceptional and the medical knowledge was elite. The staff was extremely kind. It was my first time there with a very sick 10 yr old dog and I was pleasantly surprised at the way inwhich every aspect was handled. Because it is an ER it is not cheap- but you are able to get many tests back within 30 min. I will recommend this place and return if ever need be. They care about animals and their owners.

  The assistants there are friendly but the Vet on the other hand was pretty much useless. My dogs hurt her leg while running in the yard so I made an appointment to come see the vet. He checker her teeth, temperature and played with her leg for about 30 seconds and recommended paying for blood work and a Lyme test. Seems like they are only padding their bank account instead of helping my dog. If you went to the doctors with a hurt leg and they want to check your blood sugar first you would be a little upset. The leg exam should have been first then blood work and Lyme after. Needless to say I left and paid money to someone to tell me something I could find out by anyone.
