- JSJulie SchantzJul 24, 20251.0Absolutely terrible experience. I decided to try the vaccine clinic and use my vet for well visits, that was a huge mistake. The receptionist was rude, not helpful, unfriendly, and vaccinated one of my dogs incorrectly. She wouldn't let me choose a vaccine package and chose the wrong vaccines for my dog after showing her their medical records. I DO NOT RECOMMEND if you want yoir dogs vaccinated properly and be treated with respect

I was checked in by a nice employee. During the appointment the vet and the assistant were extremely nice. Handled both of my cats well and even though we were there just for vaccines they checked their gums, ears and listened to their lungs and heart as well before administering any vaccines. I had a few questions regarding food options and also side effects of the vaccines and all of my questions were answered with thorough answers. I would recommend Vetco to anyone who needed to bring their pet to one.
