From the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors, everyone here is so warm, kind, and truly cares about animals. They are so gentle with my dog (a shepherd mutt, and a rescue), and have always taken the time to not only give him the care he needs, but to explain everything to me, answer any questions I have, and more. If it tells you something about how much I appreciate the staff here: I drive 30 minutes from Brooklyn, because they are the best I've found. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
