The public bathroom is never available now since it was fixed. Management staff claims they have no key. Its very frustrating when taking care of the rescue cats I am unable to wash hands properly. Also being older there are times I do need to use the facilities.

I LOVE PETCO ! Always great prices, always find what I’m looking for. My favorite dog food brand is WHOLE HEARTED. No recalls. I feel safe with Petco. Just give us some more locations on Staten Island ❤️
