I just wanted credit, not money. And the credit card used was my friend Ted, it was for his cat. The male sales person told him that it could be used with dry food(Ted was going to be away a few days) but the sales person was wrong, it's only for water! We should have been allowed to exchange it!

I couldn’t find them and there was not 1 employee in sight also there was a huge line at the cash register. After I got fed up and was about to leave an employee finally showed up. When I asked her where the bully sticks are she showed me and told me not to give them to my puppy and then showed me a toy in which you place a treat inside of it not what I was looking for.

My cat is very shy and easily scared, but from the moment we arrived, I felt she was in safe and trustworthy hands. Dr. Saady, Dr. Haroun, and Fran were absolutely wonderful. They are such an amazing team—professional, kind, and so gentle with my cat. They took the time to make sure she was comfortable, reassured me every step of the way, and handled the procedure flawlessly. On top of that, Fran went above and beyond by helping me find my cat’s most favorite dry food—Royal Canin Sensitive Stomach (the bag of dry food). Since switching to it, my cat has been doing extremely well and is now healthy and happy. It means so much to find a veterinary team that I can fully trust with my cat’s health and well-being. I’m so glad I found them, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled, and truly amazing veterinary care. Can't thank the team enough!! :) <3
