I have been a loyal customer of grooming since 2018, using different groomers each time. On Wednesday December 24th 2025, around noon time, my daughter and I were walking out admiring the groomers and we witnessed a groomer choking a dog on the table with a leash. The whimpering from the dog made my daughter beyond upset. I wanted to go back and return everything I had bought, I was disgusted. I watched for a few minutes and the way that dog was mishandled and mistreated, I will never be using grooming again. We bring our dogs to this establishment and put trust in these people. I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors. Go elsewhere people!! Protect your animals at all cost!

Now for the reason for the 1star review: All the staff I saw seemed like high school kids and I only saw like three. No supervisors. There was clearly a leak or something happening near the fish tanks. The birds looked overcrowded. And the poor betta fish were in these tiny cups. A few of them looked very close to dying. This is a corporate decision, not a store one. It has to be animal cruelty. I won't go to a store like this again if I can avoid it.
