Paid $70.00, no one. will return it cause it's medication, never go there again,, just hope she didn't give my dog the wrong shot!!! In the pic u can see the right meds but she sent in ticks prescription instead, now I am stuck paying 🤬😡

- EHEileen HoySep 24, 20252.0Super nice people and super nice vets and vet techs on site. Had the heartworm test routine done in my dog. Reasonably priced. I would love to give it 5 stars but … However, to try and get my script and use at my choice of pharmacy for the Simparico Trio, was a hurdle and nightmare. In this case, they only wrote script for 6 months with a refill and historically I get the 12 months purchased each year at its lowest price and more continual. They would change the script, calling endless customer service transfers and can’t speak to an internal district manager or head veterinarian, they said their hands are tied. Costco prices to fill the script are half the price of Petco Pharmacy. They aim to try and force you to use Petco pharmacy to fill the script which is technically not legal according the state law. Bummer because would love to use the clinic for routine vaccinations. Hope this feedback goes upline to improve the customer experience.
