- KCK C1 day ago5.0Just moved to Albany and desperately needed to find a quality pet store asap. We went to 3 places before finding this spot. Best place we came across. Staff was incredibly kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. We even got to meet the owner who was so lovely and helpful. We literally packed our trunk and back seat almost entirely with new reptile enrichment and enclosure necessities and the prices were unbeatable. Anywhere else we very easily could have ended up spending double. Can’t recommend more highly. It’s about 45 minutes from where we live but absolutely worth the trek. They will absolutely be our #1 spot for everything. Shout out to the staff! Yall are amazing! Thank you!

They had an awesome selection, and every snake looked healthy and well cared for. The staff were super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about reptiles, they were happy to answer all our questions. Hands down a way better experience than Petsmart or Petco. We’ll definitely be back! 🐍
