I was considering switching veterinarians and bringing my three pets here but I can already tell that the customer service is severely lacking and will not be pursuing this any further. I tried to call and was put on hold without anyone actually saying hello to me, left on hold for over 10 minutes, then tried to call back and was immediately hung up on. Whoever is answering your phones needs better training on proper phone etiquette in the work place

My pitbull Millz absolutely adores his Dr and the techs. I brought him to 3 different vet clinics and he wasn't as relaxed as he is with the ladies here. I went to Hernais and the vet wasn't comfortable with touching Millz unless he was sedated and Millz wasn't comfortable with her which made me anxious. He was just diagnosed with cancer so he's not been in the mood to be there lately but he still gives kisses to everyone who wants them. They've worked with me and talked me through the best care. The only thing I don't like is dropping Millz off 8-8:30a.m ...it s just difficult to get up and function with an excited dog so early when you work so late (12:30a.m.). They don't offer overnight service because they close 5-6p.m. As long as Millz loves them that's what matters. Having your fur baby anxious going to the vet to begin with is stressful but when they actually like going is the best.

They took really good care of my dog mow. He had a broken toenail and it was very painful, but they did a great job taking care of it.

I appreciate Banfield’s prompt response to address an issue and resolve it. There was some oversight in medical care during my cat’s visit, which potentially led to him needing to return for additional treatment. However, after I raised my concerns, Banfield acknowledged the issue and took the necessary steps to make things right in a way that was genuine and professional.

The staff in the hospital cares about your pet and will always do their best to provide high quality treatment for your pet. The people make the difference. However, it is a corporation and the managers outside of the hospital will stop at nothing to make sure the staff squeezes every dollar they can out of you. Corporate leadership pushes doctors to see more patients than they can provide quality care for, hospitals are understaffed due to volume corporate keeps pushing in an industry severely lacking in supply of licensed providers, they push online scheduling which eats up all the bookings with nonsense and no-shows taking away from pets that actually need medical attention, and so much more. The worst part is how hard corporate will fight to protect clients that consistently threaten, bully, intimidate, and disrespect staff. It is totally okay for you to lose your mind on an employee because you will be able to get your way as soon as you complain to corporate. Do your due diligence and find a vet whose practice is agreeable to your expectations.
