  I was looking for an Easter puzzle for my pup. A woman saw us wandering and asked if she could help. She searched the store with me and then found it in the back. Thank you for going the extra mile for my Milo He LOVES it!!

  I wish they had stated on their website that they don't perform certain services that are shown as included in the full bath grooming service depending on the dog's size. I found out after I paid for the full service, and only because I asked, that they don't do gland expression on dogs over 30lbs, which was the only reason I went to them to get my dog groomed. The rest of the experience was positive, but it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

  The grooming department in this location is HORRIBLE. Changing appointments without asking! Spoke to store manger there and they referred me to speak to grooming manager. I explained Every time I have booked an appointment here I get a call to have me move to a different time or date. Which is Extremely annoying! This is constant thing here. After explaining that I am unable to move and I booked my appointment in advance the manager there stated there's nothing they can do and will have to cancel or reschedule again. This grooming department is extremely unprofessional. Manger offered no solution at all. Will not be going back! Never had any issues like this in Seldon location. Sadly I live too far to go there. If I could give less stars I would.

  Hi. I was there this morning buying my dog her food Wich I expended $36.95 I ask the lady cashier about my rewards and she said the is been expired wich I think 🤔 that was ridiculous I am been a customer for long time I ask the cashier to call the Manager He tell me the same think 🤔 Very disappointed I never hear that the award points expired is that because I g have to go more offering to buy food for my dog???? If i don’t need to go there I will never go back. To Petco Staff are incredible nice. But the company policy sucks!!!!!!!!
