  My Petco groomer was wonderful… and Winston enjoyed meeting Kei as well. She was so pleasant, professional, hospitable, and extremely complimentary of my boy! Kei seemed ready, willing, capable and excited to take on my huge, hairy, messy, Aussiedoodle. She was patient with him, loved on him, gentle and did an EXCELLENT job! Where others reported Winston to be difficult and uncooperative, particularly with nail trimming and buffing, she said “he was such a good boy,” as she gave him a huge hug and petted his head. I would highly recommend her! …and we’ll be returning!

  So very happy that Petco is back at Hylan missed the groomers but it appears that they now have a whole new crew this was the end of January 2026. My dog enjoyed his grooming session with Kei, hopefully she will stay around, quick and efficient service, highly recommend, I live in Henrietta.

  Very disappointed in the experience with grooming at the Hylan location. They have only one groomer currently, Abigail, who seemed to be very inexperienced and unable to complete the service we booked. She called me ten minutes after dropping him off and put extensive notes in the system that our dog (bernese mountain dog) was very difficult, would not cooperate, and that she had a bad back and she simply couldn't groom him. This came as a huge surprise to me, so I booked at the Pittsford location a couple of weeks later. Sierra at Pittsford was excellent, said he was a great dog and she had been worried to take the appointment based on the notes that were left from our first attempt, but that she had no problems and would be happy to see him again.

  The employees are always kind here and do a great job! My dog just gets a bath and brush, and she always seems to have a good experience.

  Thank you so much to rainey today at petco henrietta, i took my dads senior dog Snoopy in for long overdue nail trim , ear cleaning and teeth cleaning, my dads health issues have made snoopys needs long overdue, rainey was patient, kind , creative and caring . Snoopy was not easy, but she was a rockstar.. ask for her if you want amazing, she is an asset to petco.... love linda and snoopy
