She has always and continues to provide the most excellent care for him. Her goal every visit is to promote a fear-free environment to make the experience as comfortable as possible for our dog. She is also incredibly knowledgeable on dog behavior and we have gained so much insight from her. We also praise the LVTS for their hard work, professionalism and gentle approach. Thank you Stoney Pointe for all that you do, we really appreciate your patience with our high maintenance dog and working with us so we feel at ease.
- APAlly PsyllosNov 24, 20251.0This place is the worst. I brought my dog here for an annual check up and they failed to inform me that he tested positive for Lyme disease. He began to limp and show lameness in one leg, I immediately called an emergency vet and they wanted his prior vet records. It wasn’t until I was reviewing the vet records that I saw the positive Lyme result. Stoney pointe failed to call me and alert me to this, which can turn into a fatal disease. We’re hoping that the month of antibiotics the emergency vet prescribed was able to catch it before it had enough time to progress and to seriously affect him. I’d never bring another animal here due to their negligence.
