    First and foremost, every interaction we have had with ANY groomer at the Petco in Pittsford has been incredible. Everyone is so welcoming and kind and it is easy to see they absolutely love animals. That being said, Alexis is our girl. Truly such a sweetheart, and my rescue pup adores her. Alexis takes such care and pride in her work - it shows with how she handles the dogs both verbally and physically. Our sweet pup looks so healthy and clean after. Alexis is just amazing. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our Lemi Lou 💜

    My dogs a pain, he’s a shiba so he’s loud, he screams and whines like he’s being murdered, this is the only place I’ve had tell me they’d like to see him back. I don’t go anywhere else to get him groomed. Is it more expensive than other places, sure, but a groomer (Sierra) that welcomes a difficult dog back and takes good care of him is worth the extra price.

    We've had Alexis cut and wash our Golden Doodle, Honey several times. She always looks fabulous when I pick her up. We highly recommend the Monroe Ave. PetCo and Alexis as your new Groomer!
