  I don't leave reviews often, but felt like I needed to because the stark difference in how I was treated by different workers. Nikki in grooming is awful. She's cancelled on me last minute several times, she's rude to customers AND her own coworkers, she was dressed inappropriately, she didn't even do a very good job on my dog the first time. I thought she'd have more experience because she's older, but nope. She acts like a 16yo with her first job. I rescheduled my dog with another groomer, Sierra, who is the ONLY reason this review has 2 stars. She's young, but what she lacks in age, she more than makes up for in professionalism, kindness, and skill. She was so nice and accommodating, laughing with her coworkers (nice to see!!), she let me know about a lump on my dog that Nikki had either missed or neglected to tell me, and my dog looks fantastic! I honestly didn't have much faith in her at first after my experience with Nikki, but Sierra was incredible, highly recommend her!

  This is absolutely the most horrendous haircut my dog has ever gotten. I moved and had to change groomer due to distance. Friends said try petco. So I did The woman was rude. I told her not to cut his tail . She said she would look at the tail. I reiterated don't cut his tail. I didn't even want her to cut my dog's hair. I wanted the other girl because she seemed gentler with the dogs instead of yelling at them like I heard her yell at a dog when I was coming through the door. She absolutely shaved my dog bald- his whole underside is completely bald! The inside of his legs are even bald!! She even shaved his nose bald. His face and ears are uneven.The actual shave is uneven.I actually wish there was a way to sue her because she absolutely does not belong in a dog salon. Nicky is her name. Don't use her. I'm not saying the 2 other girls are bad they seemed very nice and the two dogs they were grooming looked good. Im going to be talking to management because I shouldn't have to pay for her to make my dog look ridiculously bald. I'm not sure what happened in her care but I do know that my dog is extremely traumatized and exhausted after this visit.

  Nice selection of cat food. I like that you can mix and match individual cans. My cats are very fussy (whose aren’t?), so i like to buy a variety.

  Awful. I was shocked the way our family was treated. We stood in the fish area waiting for like half an hour while one staff member helped a family with a complicated wish list, and the other gabbed on about gossip to another and did everything possible to ignore us. When we finally found an opportunity to ask for help, we were told to go up to the front desk and wait in line to get someone to help us in the fish area. They couldn't be bothered to call someone to help us, or to help us themselves. When we finally got help, they misinterpreted the water test. The fish we purchased through them also had extremely high rates of dying compared to other places. Go elsewhere.
