I loveee the vet I use but she moved a little far out so I decided to try this place out since it’s close to my house. I don’t think they even like dogs there… like the receptionist could care less while checking us in, the vet tech was very nice, and the vet himself didn’t even pet my dog. Said he could lose some weight, was not friendly and we were in and out in 10 minutes, almost $300 later. I’d rather drive an hour to have my dog not treated poorly and seem like they cared about him at least a little! The vet I go to everyone gets down on the ground to greet every dog that walks in. Never have I been to a vet that didn’t even offer a treat to my dog, very strange vibe for an office that deals with pets all day long!

I had my dog euthanized here on monday….the process was what it was nothing wrong on their part for euthanizing him. But instead of making us pay before they made me pay after while I’m crying my eyes out at the reception desk I couldn’t even count money because I needed to pay part cash and part card…they counted my cash wrong and then called me when I got home and said they charged me wrong and needed my card information to do the correct payment. I asked them to email me a receipt and they never did. The next morning they called me back and said that I actually overpaid for the services And that when I pick up my dog ashes on Friday, they have my cash waiting for me.
Now Skip to picking up my dog’s ashes on Friday…. I didn’t think I needed to inspect them at the store But one of the earned boxes, they showed me that I picked Had an engraving of the dog’s name on it. In fact, they were all engraved. But I liked the box look. My dogs ashes did not come with his name engraved on the box. I also wanted to pay for a nose print and a paw print. And I only received the paw print not the nose print even while crying I remember specifically Asking for the nose print because I wanted to get it tattooed.
This place has no compassion. And I understand things cost what they cost. After all this I can only hope they could at least offer a partial refund for everything. Because I will never be back.

Past vets that I have used do total physical check of my dog even if a I share a few concerns. I had to take my dog to Banfield 3 times within a week. First was a skin issue, second was due to issues with my dogs neck and third was an ear infection. Never have I had to do this with my previous vet. I was trying to save money by switching to Bandield but I guess you get what you pay for. Not happy!

I rarely write reviews, but was very frustrated with my experience at this Banfield location. I scheduled a drop-off appointment, and dropped my dog off at 8:30am. She was not seen until at least 2:30pm. All she needed was a quick exam. She already has vet anxiety, so I was frustrated she was left in a kennel all day, and this will likely make her even more apprehensive to go back to the vet. When she was finally ready for pick up, I checked in, paid, and then waited another 15 minutes for her to be brought out to me. I understand if it's a hectic day and there's a wait, but this was not the case. One of the receptionists realized I was still waiting, and went back to tell a tech and my dog was immediately brought out to me, which makes me think they simply forgot I was there. Once I brought my dog home, she immediately ran outside to use the bathroom, which also makes me think she wasn't taken outside all day. It was a very disappointing experience, especially as someone who pays monthly for a wellness plan. I will not be bringing my dog back to this location.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
