I’ve had mostly positive experiences here in the past, but today’s visit changed everything. Today my dog was given the completely wrong medication via the wrong route due to staff error. While the office apologized, there was no real accountability or protocol response, and I was still charged in full. Being told “we’ll cover it if something happens” offers no reassurance when the long-term effects of this kind of error aren’t even known. Mixing up medications should never happen in a medical setting. There should be plenty of safeguards in place to prevent this, and clearly there weren’t. I no longer trust this clinic with my pet’s safety and I recommend you don’t either.

We had taken our dog in to get care and got a call that they had accidentally mixed up what she was supposed to get in her iv. They gave her an antibiotic that was not supposed to be given that way and the drug company doesn’t know what the long term effects are going to be from the mess up. We still ended up having to pay for her appointment and don’t know what may happen from her getting this antibiotic.

Feel free to take his cone off if he's having trouble eating they said... with the large cone they put on my corgi that is protruding nearly double his face length the only possibility of him drinking is through a straw... it was absolute torture for him tripping over this walking outside, and fell down stairs. Waiting for my new appropriately size cone to arrive from amazon.

I've been bringing my dog Letty here for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience, the drop off appointments are very convenient. Dr. Allison Linnet Nagel is wonderful and updates me personally throughout the day over the phone while Letty is in the drop off care. I can tell the whole staff is wonderful as well because saying the work "vet" in my home is akin to saying "walk". Thank you for you guys do!

I loveee the vet I use but she moved a little far out so I decided to try this place out since it’s close to my house. I don’t think they even like dogs there… like the receptionist could care less while checking us in, the vet tech was very nice, and the vet himself didn’t even pet my dog. Said he could lose some weight, was not friendly and we were in and out in 10 minutes, almost $300 later. I’d rather drive an hour to have my dog not treated poorly and seem like they cared about him at least a little! The vet I go to everyone gets down on the ground to greet every dog that walks in. Never have I been to a vet that didn’t even offer a treat to my dog, very strange vibe for an office that deals with pets all day long!
