  Do yourself a favor and go to Webster. Henrietta is run by the most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered in my life. Staff seem to not know anything but be know it alls at the same time. Extremely combative staff, on their cell phones in front of customers and actively not answering their phone. it is disappointing to see what is happening to Henrietta in general.

  Georgia Mae was diagnosed with cancer in January. Dr. Nagel was compassionate as well as her staff for care that lasted until April 9, when she crossed the Rainbow bridge. We were deeply grateful for having the Banfield Hospital and its fine staff available

  They have always taken care of my senior cat exceptionally well. Their care prioritizes thoroughness and safety. Prices may not be the absolute cheapest but they are within reason and in this case you get what you pay for. Recommended.

  My mother in law’s 5 year old shit tzu passed away Wednesday due to negligence by this veterinarian! She went in for her annual check up 2 weeks ago and was told she had an infection because her tooth broke they then prescribed her an antibiotic and specialized food for “stones” which they stated could not kill her. They claimed she had! Well a few days later she began to bleed in her stool and urine. My mother in law went to them every other day begging for help and their fix was her another antibiotic. They also failed to tell her at the first visit that she had a fever. The bleeding persisted and the dog continued to decline. They finally gave her an option for surgery which was a ridiculous amount but she qualified for a loan. The surgery was set for Wednesday, Tuesday morning Olivia began to be lethargic and unable to stand properly. My mother in law rushed her there although they told her to take her somewhere else. They made it to the parking lot Olivia jumped in her arms and died. The answer was because of the stones that they said couldn’t kill her. Our family has suffered a major loss due to this negligence and lack of honesty and professionalism by this veterinarian! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE!

  Will never take puppy back here, tried to charge me 100. For a 10 min visit and rabies shot, lied and said Dr. Saw my dog and tech shot him in my the butt with rabies vaccine and sent him away because they had too many dogs in the back. Fired!
