- CPCarol PallyOct 14, 20255.0Dr. Rubenstein has been our Veterinarian for our cats and dog since 1989 and if we ever get another pet, their first visit would be to Victory Veterinary Practice. He used his skillful hands, not scans, to examine and diagnose. He’s gentle, yet got the job done. I wish some human physicians would use the hands-on approach, rather than treating lab work and tests. Can I give Dr Rubenstein 6 stars? 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

- DSD SSep 1, 20185.0Nice staff, comfortable and homie atmosphere for our pet. She loved Dr. Rubenstein he was reasonable and our pet Lady was happy. Best veterinary it took us 45-50 mins to get to him because we reside in Brooklyn but definitely worth the trip. 😁 I highly recommend him.
