The employee who helped me at the register was rude and unhelpful from the start. What made it worse was that her attitude noticeably changed after seeing my skin color — something I’ve never experienced before at any store. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I’m not even sure if the name on the receipt is her real name, but it’s listed there. I’ve never felt the need to write a review before, but this experience was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure no other customer has to go through something like this again.

Its easy to go back because of their discounts and rewards program, however, their employees and customer service isn't the best. In saying that, if you are looking to save a a few bucks as we all know pet care is expensive in general that's the only reason I would recommend them! However, don't expect much from the people that work there.

He is currently thriving but not as a result of Petco being a reliable provider. Many times I have gone for live food and always out of stock. And when they informed of their delivery days still no stock. And it’s NOT just live feed. Most of the store is limited and under stocked. BUT if you’re interest is dog/cat/bird and hamster food.. they have plenty. I have come to the conclusion that I can get a lot of my supplies through Amazon and Five Below (pet beds). But for the occasional dog treat or pet tag and fish setup Petco is your place.
