    If you need your cat's food it's here but don't always expect it to be well stocked. The store is always blazing hot. And they never have a good selection. I went for the Christmas toy sale and of course there was only one tiny display for cats which was empty and aisles and aisles full for dogs.

    I placed a curbside pickup order through the Petco app and arrived at the store as instructed. I waited outside the location for over 20 minutes, during which the app continued to indicate that my order was ready and that an associate was on the way. After receiving no assistance, I contacted the store and spoke with an associate named Pat, who stated that this location does not offer curbside pickup, despite the app explicitly advertising and confirming that service. Pat further stated that the store was locking its doors approximately 10 minutes prior to the posted closing time and that she did not know how I would receive my already-paid order. When I explained that I had been waiting outside specifically because curbside pickup was represented as available and that my order had been completed and paid for in advance, Pat responded that she “didn’t know what to tell me,” and suggested that “maybe if you run, someone will give it to you,” while reiterating that the doors were being locked immediately. At the time of this interaction, the store was still open according to its posted business hours. These statements were dismissive and conveyed a clear lack of regard for basic customer care. Advertising a service that is not actually offered, combined with denying access to a customer prior to closing time—particularly one who has already paid and followed all provided instructions—is unacceptable. I have already escalated this matter to Petco corporate and will be following up formally. This experience reflects poorly on staff conduct, training, and store management. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others. Attached: screenshotted timestamps of my phone call to the store (made over ten minutes prior to posted closing time) as well as the confirmation page of my curbside pickup order at the identified location.

    Jasmine is an absolutely fantastic employee and teacher to my Coco Bean. Shortly after adopting Coco last year, we immediately went to Petco to look into training classes and Jasmine was there to assist us. We proceeded with purchasing all courses available, including the AKC bundle. For nearly a year, Jasmine has shown to be a passionate and exemplary teacher. Not only is she patient with all students, she’s happy to assist with any questions unrelated to the sessions. Coco Bean graduated all sessions and passed her Puppy Test & AKC CGC Test in September with flying marks. We couldn’t have been more grateful to Jasmine!

    Diana is the BEST groomer we've ever had for our boy Drogo. He always comes out looking younger after spending time with her! Can't recommend her enough!
