- FCFaith ChongNov 8, 20251.0Idk what Bond Vet is doing. Their front desk or medical team doesn’t reply to any messages about your pet. The vet said I need to do an ECM for my cat before neutering. I called and emailed multiple times but got no response. Then I paid ~$700 upfront to do the ECM. Once I got there, the receptionist did not understand the contract she was asking me to sign, and even thought the cat I had with me was a dog that needed to be walked. Should a receptionist who can’t even tell the difference between a dog and a cat work at a vet??? I asked her to call me once done, but she did not. She even hung up on me when I called. When I came to the clinic, she was scrolling on TikTok or a similar social media platform. Since then, there has been no response of the results of the ECM, and I only have a few weeks left of eligibility before I have to do another blood draw. When I file insurance claims, bond vet now never sends over and I have to manually send over everything. Did Bond Vet fire someone who actually does their job, because why is it terrible now?

My dog surgery wasn't performed nor was she fed all day. That is called ANIMAL CRUELTY. My dog is now traumatized because of this clinic.

Its all about your pet not $$ I went to so many vets and this place was amazing , even the veterinarian was patient on explaining our options. She took piano my dog and put his care needs first. I highly recommend this veterinarian.
