Idk what Bond Vet is doing. Their front desk or medical team doesn’t reply to any messages about your pet. The vet said I need to do an ECM for my cat before neutering. I called and emailed multiple times but got no response. Then I paid ~$700 upfront to do the ECM.
Once I got there, the receptionist did not understand the contract she was asking me to sign, and even thought the cat I had with me was a dog that needed to be walked. Should a receptionist who can’t even tell the difference between a dog and a cat work at a vet???
I asked her to call me once done, but she did not. She even hung up on me when I called. When I came to the clinic, she was scrolling on TikTok or a similar social media platform.
Since then, there has been no response of the results of the ECM, and I only have a few weeks left of eligibility before I have to do another blood draw. When I file insurance claims, bond vet now never sends over and I have to manually send over everything. Did Bond Vet fire someone who actually does their job, because why is it terrible now?
