  We had to take our 6 month old kitten to Bond for a potential UTI. The staff are incredibly informative and polite. It turned out to be a UTI and they offered a free ultrasound to rule out any other issues regarding her bladder. I recommend Bond fully.

  Terrible experience at Bond Vet LIC today. I’ve been bringing my three cats to Bond Vet for over two years, but this visit was incredibly disappointing. I had an 11:00 AM appointment and it took some time to catch my mischievous cat, so I ran slightly late. I arrived at 11:15 AM, which is still within the 15-minute appointment window. The receptionist confirmed that I had arrived on time. However, another staff member came out and told me that arriving at 11:15 would still be treated as a walk-in and that I would be charged a $30 late fee. Ironically, the 24-hour cancellation fee is $25, which is lower than the late fee, so I ended up canceling the appointment on the spot. To make sure I arrived as quickly as possible, I even paid extra tips to my drivers. After all that effort, I was told I had to pay an unreasonable late fee and was met with a rude attitude. This was extremely disappointing. After being a loyal customer for over two years, I will not be returning again and won’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Took my dog to the vet shorty after I got him (2021). Staff were nice but the visit was long and extremely!! And I mean EXTREMELY overpriced. $900 on one visit, $700 on a second. They claimed my dog was aggressive after denying my request to be present during the examination the first time. I was somehow allowed to be present during the second.

  Always amazing with my active bernedoodle during wellness visits and super informative and fast-acting for a same day visit when he ate something he shouldn’t have. Very nice, clean facilities and they confirm pricing with you before any procedures.
