I feel like the doctors provide excellent care and the location is very convenient for me, but navigating the systems and some staff interactions can be extremely stressful. The automated phone systems are a nightmare—it mishears simple requests and tries to send you repeatedly to the portal based on magic trigger words even though you are correct that your issue cannot be handled by portal. You have to say a magical combination of words just to try to reach a human, only to then be sent to voicemail. The text bot puts you on hold for several minutes only to then “hang up on you” (presumably timing out because no human staff handled the message). This is not the phone system you want in a caring medical practice; the overwhelming feeling is that your calls are being highly screened because staff do not want to be accessible to you. If there’s no human agent available to answer a text or a call, I would rather be sent straight to voicemail without first fighting a bot. Somehow a medical referral you desperately need for your pet will be buried on p.20 of the PDF of your pet's full medical history; it can't just be emailed to you or made accessible in a section called "REFERRALS" on the portal. During a high stress situation with my pet a couple of weeks ago, one particular front-desk assistant I interacted with was really rude, dismissive, and condescending. She seemed annoyed by basic questions about medication, shrugged off clarifications, and repeatedly said snippy, curt remarks. She gave defensive, unhelpful answers about emergency care and medication availability, and delayed checking inventory, wasting my time. Ultimately I feel she did not seem to know how to escalate questions she could not answer. If staff don’t know an answer, it’s absolutely okay to say so—but they should follow up or escalate appropriately. The answer isn’t that the pet parent should guess at what the right medical care should be. Her behavior left me stressed, anxious, and unsure I had correct instructions—no client should feel this way when seeking urgent care. There are many things that I love about Bond, but I really dread having to deal with these communication difficulties the next time my pet has a serious event.

I’ve been bringing my Pomeranian since adopting him. Every experience has been amazing. The environment is relaxed for my dog which is rare for a vet office. The staff is kind and generous with their time and guidance. I’ve learned so much for them. I definitely recommend Bond Vet for your pet care. I think you’ll be happy with your choice :)

Never go to this location. I came with my 10 weeks old puppy and I was late for 10 Mins they refused to see me. The office was empty. I was really upset. My puppy was shaking because she was scared being at the street, they saw it and they rejected her. Please never go to this location.
