Unfortunately my first-time there was end of life services for my dog. I booked online not knowing what to expect when I arrived. All staff was kind, compassionate and caring. The decision was not an easy one to make and the doctor on staff was very empathetic. I appreciate the attention and care they gave my Nico.

The staff at Bond Vet in Forest Hills were gentle with my 15-year old silver tabby, Sabrina. They also answered all of my questions. Highly recommended!

Bond Vet Review Bond Vet has been the most inhumane and disappointing veterinary experience I have ever had. I took my dog there because he was vomiting nonstop, and after almost $1506.00 all they did was give him an injection. We were told his bloodwork was “fine” and that the X-ray didn’t show anything major. Nothing about his condition was explained with any sense of urgency or seriousness. What makes this even more heartbreaking is what we learned afterward. At the emergency veterinary hospital, the doctor reviewed the same X-rays and immediately explained the true severity of his condition. Our dog had actually aspirated vomit into his lungs, had fluid in his stomach spreading to other organs, and was already in septic shock. We had to make one of the hardest decisions of our lives that night. How was this not seen, or at the very least communicated, by Bond Vet? How were we told everything was “fine” when he was critically ill? Their lack of communication, transparency, and urgency cost us precious time and left us completely blindsided during one of the most painful moments our family has ever faced. My dog deserved better care, and no family should go through what we went through.

This vet is horrible. They are the reason one of my newborn kittens died today. They advertise free first time checkups yet would not look at my cleary sick kitten, she was not eating, underweight and everything, trying to charge a arm and leg for a checkup. Telling my sister that she has feline panleukemia off the looks of it and that all out kittens we're gonna die. And that we ain't gonna be able to find proper care thats affordable or free. She sent my sister to a different clinic just for our kitten to die before even being checked because they wasted time, freaking my family out that our cats had a contagious infectious disease. Already saying shes gonna die today. We lost our little baby Mable, and I don't know if its because were people of color the lady at the desk did not care for the wellbeing of a baby kitten. I did not get her name but I will try because this just ain't right. We took all the rest of our kittens to a different vet immediately after being told they all weren't gonna make it to the next by this lady who didn't even look at them at all before saying that. And found out they just had worms. They were giving care at an affordable price and checked. I'm so grateful there fine and not gonna die no time soon. But there's no tommorow for Mable now.
