Bond Vet — Astoria is Queens’ modern and convenient veterinary clinic. At Bond Vet, we provide both primary and urgent care, which means we can be your go-to vet for any service. Primary care means annual wellness exams, vaccinations and heartworm treatment, while urgent care is needed for symptoms that require timely medical attention, be it a wound, a rash, diarrhea, coughing, behavioral changes, limping or other non-life-threatening symptoms. We started Bond to modernize the vet care experience — our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. That’s why we offer a wide range of medical services including annual wellness exams, vaccines, spays, neuters, dental cleanings, mass removals and even specialty orthopedic surgeries — we are qualified and more than happy to be your primary care vet. We know pets and pet parents haven’t always enjoyed visits to the vet, but we want to change that. Our clinic is warm and welcoming, with natural lighting, a treat bar, comfortable furniture, sniffable spaces and hydration stations for pets and people. In the clinics, our team is compassionate, caring, and completely dedicated to providing best-in-class veterinary care to your pet. Bond clients love our technology — we make it easy and seamless to book appointments, access medical records, and communicate with our medical team. Because we know price is a major factor in vet care, we will always offer several paths forward, along with pricing for any diagnostics or next steps. We will never pressure you into more tests and treatments than you’re comfortable doing, and we’ll save you time by helping you file pet insurance claims. We were ready for a new kind of vet experience, and we think you’ll enjoy our approach — bring your pet for routine or urgent care. Bond Vet - Astoria is located at 35-07 30th Ave in Queens, at 36th Street. Book online, call us or walk in — bondvet.com.

Dr. Karapet helped save Boris’ life.
We brought him in during a crisis — nonstop vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, and weight loss. It was terrifying. Dr. Karapet acted quickly and thoughtfully. She explained everything clearly, made a careful plan, and treated Boris with steady compassion.
The turnaround was real. The vomiting stopped. The diarrhea resolved. His energy returned. Now he’s stabilized and gaining back a modest, healthy amount of weight. Watching him recover has been an enormous relief.
The staff at Bond Vet Astoria are just as impressive. They are kind, responsive, and organized. In a stressful moment, that human warmth matters. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and well run. You feel it the moment you walk in.
Veterinary care is expensive, and that’s simply the reality of high-quality medicine. I strongly recommend pet insurance. Boris has it, and they reimburse 70%, which made it possible to focus on his recovery instead of the bills.
We are deeply grateful to Dr. Karapet and the entire team.

My daughters took their dog here on Monday and the vet was very condescending and dismissive to what was being said. The situation was explained in detail, my daughters had went to another Bond Vet in Forest Hills and service was great. Why couldn’t the vet check the prior diagnosis I’m not understanding this and then to speak to the owners of the dog as though they are not knowledgeable is insane and to speak about things that are not relevant is beyond me. Bond Vet of Astoria do better. You will no longer have our business it’s a shame I will only go to Forest Hills Bond Vet

It’s been a month and I have yet to receive my pets visit summary and invoice for insurance purposes. I’ve sent several emails and no response. It is disappointing and ridiculous especially when they know these documents are essential for insurance purposes. I should not have to be hunting this down to get reimbursed in a timely manner. Now I have to take time out of my day to go back in person and request this because there is no direct number to the front desk. Do better in this aspect.

From the moment you walk into Bond Vet Astoria, you feel cared for!
Dr. Ng is truly exceptional - patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She takes time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares, not only about your pet, but also about making you feel calm and informed as an owner.
She brings a sense of confidence and reassurance to every appointment, which makes such a difference when you’re worried about your dog.
I also have to mention the nurses and the entire staff - they are amazing. Kind, gentle, organized, and always welcoming. From check-in to follow-up, the whole experience feels professional, but also warm and human.
I’m so grateful to have this team taking care of my babies! Highly recommend. 🐾
