  We had our first visit at Bond Vet LIC after our Aussie Border Collie was in a lot of pain from a ruptured anal gland. We knew he needed urgent care and were able to get an appointment the very next morning, which was such a relief. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The space is incredibly clean and thoughtfully designed. It feels like a pet version of a children’s clinic, which made a stressful situation feel a little lighter. A vet tech warmly walked us into the exam room and gathered our dog’s information and Dr. Kaitlyn Ritchey took amazing care of him. She treated our dog with so much TLC, thoroughly explained what was going on, and walked us through all the options before performing the procedure. The next day, they followed up via email to check on our dog. When I shared that he was still in pain, not even wanting to stand up for walks and even refusing to eat—the clinic called shortly after and had us come back in that same day. Despite everything (and admittedly, our dog can be a bit dramatic), the moment we arrived for the emergency follow-up check, he was happily wagging his tail and excited to walk into the clinic. I think that says more than any review ever could. Dr. Ritchey reassured us that he was healing well and showed us that the wound had already reduced in size, which gave us so much peace of mind. We’re so grateful to Dr. Ritchey and the entire team for making what could have been a tough experience feel so positive and supportive. Highly recommend!

  The staff at this location is fantastic. Fast, attentive & informative, & super supportive during my emergency. The prices are about 30%-50% higher than my regular vet but I had an emergency. That being said, their phone AI system is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Responding & asking questions unrelated to the reason for my phone call & completely useless. The money wasted to implement this AI System would have been better served by paying humans to answer the phone.

  We had a great experience at Bond Vet, which had availability the same day and took care of our dog perfectly. We will definitely come again!
