- MSMary Santiago3 days ago1.0I was there on 11/16/25. I was very dissatisfied of the lack of knowledge the person at the front desk checking in clients. Once I got home, I realized that a shot was missed for both my dogs, now making me having to go back again for the mistake of the person checking us in. I have been going to Petco for a couple years with no issue. But you need to make sure you put people who are knowledgeable of the services you offer to avoid people coming back.

In actuality, multiple people make appointments in the same time slot, making it a “first come, first serve” situation, so there is still a wait to be seen. If I knew that when I made the “appointment”, I wouldn’t have scheduled it around other obligations I ended up being late to. Also, the person checking us in had a fowl odor as though she had not showered in a few days making the wait even worse.
