Bernadette is a classic Karen. Whoever the manager is of this store I strongly recommend they give her a talk about being friendly and giving proper customer service interactions.

Staff were nice and the lady giving us a bird and lizard asked us concerned questions which we liked bc they care about their animals. My sons parakeet came w his wings clipped and after 2 days he was walking around on my sons arm. Thanks, petco!

She was then not coming out of the anesthesia she was having brain function problems due to a lack of oxygen and or to much anesthetic. She is now in the ER and hasn't gotten any better. Petco said they would pay and a few hours later they said they are not paying anything because they are not at fault. DO BETTER.
