  I was so pleased with my dogs grooming. The groomer was so nice to my dog and to me. I would recommend these groomers all the time.

  TRYING TO FIT TWO DOGS FOR winter sweaters is a trying experience. But at the Petco register, the cashier kept my puppies entertained as I paid for and received the items. He cheerfully exchanged one sweater for a larger one, all effortlessly and in a compassionate manner, seeing how crazy it was trying to manage two excited puppies.

  My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute appointment for our cat, Murphy, who had suddenly started throwing up and wasn’t peeing. From the moment we arrived, the vet and staff were incredibly compassionate and honest. Right away, the vet explained that Murphy likely had a blockage and that we’d need to go to an emergency vet to have it cleared — but they offered to do his blood work and scans there to help save us money, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the results showed that Murphy’s kidney levels were dangerously high, and we were told, gently and clearly, that even emergency treatment likely wouldn’t help or that it would only be a temporary fix. The staff kindly explained our options and offered their end-of-life services, which we decided to proceed with, keeping Murphy’s comfort in mind. The team gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and allowed us to be with him through nearly every step. Their empathy and patience meant the world to us during such a heartbreaking moment. When we were leaving, we noticed a small sign and an LED candle at the front desk asking visitors to be respectful of families saying goodbye to their pets — such a thoughtful and touching gesture that really shows how much they care. I honestly can’t say enough kind things about the staff who helped us that day. They handled everything with compassion, honesty, and true respect for both Murphy and us. Thank you for helping us through one of the hardest days with such warmth and care. Taden and Rachel were amazing

What really stands out is how clean and organized the store is, and how much they genuinely care about pets’ well-being. Their selection of high-quality food and treats is great, and I appreciate that they focus on healthy options instead of just selling whatever’s cheapest. The grooming and vet services are a huge plus too — it’s so convenient having everything in one place. My pet always comes back from grooming looking amazing and calm, which says a lot about the care they receive. Between the friendly service, great selection, and the overall care they show for animals, Petco really makes it easy to be a good pet parent. Highly recommend for anyone who wants quality products and real support from people who love pets as much as you do.
