Amazing experience!!! My kitty felt super comfortable and was treated so well! The receptionist, nurses, and doctors were all really nice and kind, and they took amazing care of my kitty! And at the end of the appointment, we even got some toys and treats đ

We have been taking our dog to this veterinary hospital for 2 years, and unfortunately, our experience has been consistently frustrating and disappointing.
The front desk staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, setting a poor tone from the moment we walk in. Communication is severely lackingâcalls are rarely returned, and weâve never received a clear or cohesive treatment plan. Instead of thoughtfully investigating our dog's issues, the default seems to be prescribing medications without a full understanding of the underlying problem.
Whatâs even more troubling is the disconnect between the veterinarians themselves. One will recommend one approach, while another suggests something entirely different, leaving usâpet owners without vet trainingâconfused and forced to make decisions without proper guidance. Their response is often, âWe can do that if you want to,â but this isnât about what we want. Itâs about being appropriately advised on whatâs in the best interest of my dog by a trained professional.
There is a serious lack of compassion, communication, and patient-centered care. No effort is made to comfort our anxious dog. Weâve been told to simply medicate and muzzle her before coming inâthatâs their version of "handling" an anxious animal. It feels cold and dismissive, not to mention makes our dog that much more anxious.
The one bright spot in this practice is the kind and caring male vet tech (with dyed hair). He takes the time to comfort our dog, draws her blood with ease, and genuinely engages with us and our dog. His compassion stands in stark contrast to the rest of the staff.
Sadly, we will be seeking care elsewhere. Our dog deserves better care.
